Amir Shiva concentrates his practice on a wide variety of intellectual property and technology issues, including: patent litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, licensing and acquisition of intellectual property rights, preparation of legal opinions, freedom-to-use analysis, and client counseling on various intellectual property issues. As a registered patent attorney, Mr. Shiva has represented several Fortune 100 tech companies in diverse areas of technology, including: semiconductor, telecommunications, electronics, computer software, video streaming, camera technology, and graphic processing.
Prior to joining Pramudji Law Group, Mr. Shiva worked as an associate at Blakely Sokoloff and Blank Rome. During law school, Mr. Shiva served as a judicial intern for the Magistrate Judge Smith of the Southern U.S. District Court of Texas. Prior to law school, Mr. Shiva worked as an electrical engineer at Samsung’s computer memory fabrication facility in Austin.
